Our Whitehill honey is made by our bees in the St Ippolyts, Langley and Hitchin areas. We use cold extraction and gentle filtering to retain the aromatic and pollen content of the honey.
We are small scale, local beekeepers in the Hitchin area. Now retired from the busy world of working for a living, we keep bees for the pleasure, interest and feeling of repose that they give us. A calm, sunny summer's day in the apiary surrounded by the gentle hum of working bees is balm for the soul and a welcome reminder that we can live in harmony with nature.
